6 Fruit Smoothie

This smoothie has 6 different fruits, along with super nutritious almond milk. If berries are in season I buy them from the markets, eat them fresh for a few days and freeze what’s left when I’m sick of them.  Within a week I’ll be craving that delicious fruit again only to find it is missing from the markets the next time! The ideal way to avoid this crisis is to just save a bit of your fruit, before it goes bad or gets thrown away, by freezing it for smoothies!


  • 200ml almond milk
  • 1/2 large banana (frozen)
  • 1/2 mango (frozen)
  • 6 blackberries
  • 10 raspberries
  • 10 blueberries
  • 10 currants (all frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon inner health plus powder


  • Blend in bullet for 3 minutes.
