Hildas Ginger Biscuits

These would have to be one of my favourite biscuits, our great Aunty Hilda was still baking well into her 90′s so we would be served a plate of these with our cup of tea on visiting days.  Unless you are going to make lots of batches it’s more economical to buy the condensed milk in the tube and not the tin, but a double batch of these is never a bad idea, or you could use the rest to make some rocky road fudge.
